This well-equipped, modern apartment in Wilderness is located in a secure complex close to the beach and a short walk to the lagoon and village at the center of South Africa’s beautiful Garden Route. The apartment benefits from a backup power system to help during loadshedding, double glazed windows throughout, and consists of three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a covered outdoor deck with built in braai (barbecue), providing an ideal combination of indoor and outdoor living.
This spacious, modern, ground floor holiday apartment offers backup power which will keep all lights, plugs and WIFI going during power cuts. The unit is equipped with free unlimited Fibre internet access as well as a large high-definition television with Smart TV options in the lounge area. The lounge also has a large L-shaped suite and comfortable chair. The covered deck, which leads off the lounge and Master bedroom, has a dining table, chairs and a built-in braai (barbeque).
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including; washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, eye level oven and luxurious Caesarstone counter top.
There are three large bedrooms, two with Queen size beds and one with two singles.
The Master bedroom leads out onto the covered wooden deck, overlooking the Wilderness lagoon and the beach beyond. The two additional, bedrooms overlook the lush green gardens and ancient shady Milkwood Trees.
