Marc’s Restaurant is a laidback eatery situated in Paarl, Western Cape, with a flair for Mediterranean cuisine. Owner Marc Friederich is an experienced restaurateur and award winning sommelier, and believes that a great dining experience consists of good food, good wine, and good company.
Dine inside the restaurant which has a French Provencal interior fitted with pine tables, raw Crete stone walls, dining chairs, and cosy couches, or choose to go al fresco on the terrace and enclosed courtyard garden with mountain views.
The emphasis is on simplicity, with fresh ingredients, tasty flavours, and excellent presentation at the forefront. Firm favourites include mezze with a Lebanese touch, paella, and the decadent chocolate mousse made from dark Belgian chocolate.
