"A lack of investment in the area shows. The Pick n Pay store was old and dark, not very clean. The area on an entirety is cluttered with bush and no cleaning of the area. This is more on the other side of the tracks. Even the Spar was not as clean. Guess these are things that can be addressed, however it is municipal and government as well aside from the retail stores."
