"There are only life guards at Margate South Beach and a bit north at Lucien Beach. Lucien Beach was a bit quieter and had calmer waves due to a sand bank breaking the waves. The whole stretch of beach is clean except for some minor line of debris that was pushed out by the ocean, as well as the lagoon between the North Beach and South Beach."

Persoonlik dink ek die strand het meer potensiaal as die suidelike strand (hoofstrand) a.g.v. die tekort aan rotse en die ligging, alhoewel parkering dalk 'n probleem mag wees."
