The apartment is on the ground floor, and offers lovely sea views from the patio. The complex offers direct access to the promenade and the beach.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a toilet. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and has access to a second bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The apartment also comprises an open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a washing machine for guests convenience. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar. The lounge has a TV with selected DStv channels. Both the lounge and the main bedroom offer access to the grass lawn which leads to the promenade and beach.

The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning for those hot summer days, and a safe for valuable items.
