10 Fairways is a gorgeous self-catering holiday villa situated in the beautiful and exclusive Zimbali Coastal Estate. This could be a great option for a family or a group of friends seeking a peaceful and tranquil getaway as this secluded villa boasts stunning views of the surrounding estate.

This property can accommodate a total of 8 guests at a time and consists of a main house and a flatlet. The main house comprises 3 bedrooms and the flatlet features an open-plan design with a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom. In the house, the main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a full-family bathroom.

The spacious living area in the house features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, ice machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfy seating and a flat-screen TV with DStv. This living space is air-conditioned.

Additionally, the flatlet also includes a lounge with a TV, a dining table and a kitchenette. The main kitchen opens onto a sunny patio with an outdoor dining table.
