The apartment operates on a prepaid electricity system. Guests are responsible for their electricity consumption during their stay. For added convenience, a predetermined amount of electricity will be loaded onto the meter box before arrival. Guests are required to top up for any additional usage.

Ensure that all windows and doors are closed when not inside the apartment. The beach is known for sudden strong winds that can cause damage.
Maintain a noise-free environment, and avoid playing loud music. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00.
Avoid hanging laundry or towels over balcony railings.
Lastly, do not dispose of any food, cigarettes, or items over the balcony railing.
