12 @ Plett 49 is a beautiful self-catering apartment located in the secure Plett 49 Apartments complex in the popular coastal town of Plettenberg Bay. It is an ideal option for a group of friends as it is within walking distance from the town centre.
This triple-storey apartment can accommodate a total of 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The air-conditioned main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower. Another double bed is available in the third bedroom, while the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share the third bathroom fitted with a bath. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests will need to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table and a lounge with comfy seating and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Guests have access to complimentary Wi-Fi. There is also an inverter that supports a few lights, a TV, and WiFi during power outages.
This apartment also spoils with a wooden deck which has an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai. Guests are afforded secure parking for one vehicle inside the complex. The location of this complex is close to town which offers numerous shops and restaurants. It is also a short walk from the main beach at Beacon Isle.
