The third-floor apartment can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second and third bedrooms both contain 2 single beds and share a separate bathroom fitted with a bath.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The open-plan living area features a dining table for 6, a comfy couch, and a TV. It opens onto an enclosed balcony with portable braai facilities and a dining area overlooking the estuary and sea.
