13 Birdie Close is an elegantly designed home, proudly positioned on a large and exclusive site with lush forest and lovely views. This villa is situated within the Zimbali Coastal Estate and is an ideal option for a family getaway as this villa boasts gorgeous views of the estate and has a lovely outdoor entertainment space with a swimming pool.
This air-conditioned villa can comfortably accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The spacious main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features a full en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. This main suite also has its own lounge and dining space as well as a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the remaining 2 bedrooms each have a double bed. One of these rooms has an en-suite shower. The third bathroom has a bath and a shower and the fourth bathroom has a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided.
The spacious open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a central island with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher and washing machine are available too. Leading from this kitchen is a dining space with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together.
