Description
13 on Chios is a stunning self-catering holiday villa with modern finishes and touches located in the heart of Calypso Beach, Langebaan. This is a great option for a peaceful break on the West Coast from the hustle and bustle of the city as this home spoils with an inviting wood-burning hot tub.
This villa can accommodate a total of 10 guests at a time and comprises 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which are all en-suite. The main suite is furnished with a king-size bed and features a full en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. There are another 3 bedrooms that each contain a queen-size bed and include an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fifth bedroom contains 2 single beds. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The spacious open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher. Leading from this kitchen is a lounge space with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV with DStv. Each bedroom also has a TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. This space also has dining tables with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together.
Adjacent to this living area is an indoor entertainment area with a bar fridge, comfortable seating and a built-in braai. This villa also has a pool table and a table tennis table for extra entertainment. Outside there is an inviting wood-burning hot tub and a mini putt putt course. An inverter is also available during load shedding. The location of this home is approximately 1 minute away from a secluded beach and an 8-minute beach walk from Club Mykonos.
