The apartment accommodates 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, a kitchen, a lounge and a dining area. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom contains twin beds. The bathroom is fitted with a washbasin, toilet, and shower.

The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.
