14 Studio is a self-catering studio apartment, located on the same premises as a main house, but with its own separate entrance. The studio is located in Green Point, and is ideal for a couple looking to explore Cape Town, or a business traveller. It is centrally located, close to various amenties, shops, restaurants and bars in trendy Green Point.

The studio contains 2 single beds, and ample cupboard space. There is also a work desk for business guests. The full-size en-suite contains a shower, a toilet, and a basin. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, a microwave, a kettle, and cutlery and crockery. The comfy lounge area contains a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and has doors opening to the garden. Wireless internet access is available.

You will be able to contact your host, Chris, throughout your stay for any questions that you may have either about Cape Town or the property. A reputable and reliable transfer for the guests account, can easily be arranged from the airport to the flat.

The MyCiti bus is close by with easy access to all the best Atlantic Seaboard beaches. The studio is situated in a quiet neighbourhood to enable you to retreat but close to all entertainment and local attractions.
