Large and can cater for lots of people. Unfortunately issues with the water pressure, hot water and wifi.

Rooms good and clean. Bathrooms have water issues - water is completely dry in the taps sometimes. Hot water also not available in some showers. Wifi not working.

Not up to standard.

I wasn't happy at all. The place was beautiful, but there were too many things that weren't checked before we arrived. Upon arrival the place was smelling so miff, we had to open up all the windows. The outside area was dirty, WiFi and DStv weren't working, and I had to keep WhatsApping the lady to ask her to sort it out for me. This was supposed to be all sorted when I arrive. There was no broom and mop, the cleaning staff took it by mistake, I was informed I can purchase it and they would refund me. Everything was so unprofessional, I had to keep messaging the people to ask for things because upon arrival there was no page to give the WiFi details and everything else like you would get when you book at other places. The place was beautiful. The one-room bed was not balanced as the legs were missing on one side. But I wouldn't recommend it to anyone due to the bad experience we encountered. I was extremely disappointed. We paid a lot of money for this place, just for it to not be up to standard.
