Good overall but could have been better.

Overall stay was good, but there were some issues with previously broken items such as the toilet paper holder in one bathroom and the seal on the shower in the other bathroom. The water temperature was also not fantastic. We encountered a problem with parking as someone had taken our parking for the entire week we were there. Security provided us with another parking, but it took 4 days to clamp the illegally parked car, which was inconvenient for us. Additionally, only 1 elevator was working in the hotel, resulting in long wait times, crowded elevators, and the need to climb 14 flights of stairs. It was really frustrating that 3 of the 4 elevators were not working.
