On Joubert Street is a lovely self-catering holiday villa situated in the heart of Green Point in Cape Town. This could be a great option for a family getaway on the coast of the Mother City as this home is within close proximity to the V&A Waterfront.

This property can comfortably accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third has 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom which has a shower. Crisp white linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests must bring their own swimming towels.

The bright and airy open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge space with comfortable seating, a fireplace and a TV with Netflix and DStv. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.

The spiral staircase leads to the top viewing deck, boasting a table and chairs, a Weber braai and sun loungers which is a great spot for a morning coffee while admiring the ocean views. The lower level opens onto a sunny patio with more sun pillows and an inviting swimming pool for guests to cool off on those hot summer days. This property also has outdoor braai facilities on the ground floor.
