It is quite disappointing that Mr Kyle Collins mentioned those two issues. The facts speak for themselves. I communicated throughout Friday since their arrival on 9 November 2023. He reported a matter with a washing basin on the day and I phoned a plumber as I don't live in Franskraal. Mr Collins confirmed on Saturday at 11:42 that the hot water matter was resolved. I settled the bill with the plumber. Mr Collins reported after me contacting him throughout Saturday morning to resolve the basin and geyser matters, at 13:09 that both matters were resolved to his satisfaction. The statement that no hot water was available the entire weekend is completely false and I would kindly ask Mr Collins to retract his statement. We pride ourselves in our commitment to communicate with our guests and making sure any issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
