17 Ocean Gardens

We loved it.

Falling off to sleep and waking up to the sound of the waves is so tranquil. Everything is so carefully thought of in the place that you don't have to even stress when it's load shedding, you can cook right through it and enjoy a cup of tea. It's like a home away from home. We will always go back to this exact place.

Stayed in 16 before but 17 much better. Live my ocean garden stays. Next time, give us 1 day free when booked 3 nights stay.

Relaxing views and calming effect of the sound of the sea.

We had an awesome stay. The owner and caretaker, communicated very well and was very friendly. The accommodation was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. We didn't feel like leaving.

Rustig en die uitsig is pragtig.

Baie goed en stylvol ingerig. Ons sal enige tyd by 17 Ocean Gardens tuis gaan. Met ons aankoms het ons van die balkon af dolfyne en walvisse gesien en die dassies het groot opgewondenheid onder die kinders veroorsaak. Ons beplan reeds ons volgende kuier daar!

Stunning views and great location.

The stairs kept us fit, but the stunning views were worth it. We saw whales and dolphins from the balcony. It was perfect for our small family.

A lovely holiday flat in a beautiful area.

Clean, beautiful flat with a lovely view. It is on the 3rd floor, so not easy for people with disabilities as there is no lift. The flat has everything we needed. Wi-Fi would've been great but definitely did not affect our stay. The owner was lovely.

Braaiers te ver onder, jul kan gerus 'n gasbraaier of selfs 'n klein kole-braaier op die balkon toelaat. Geen sitplek of bankies by die swembad. Verder was dit baie aangenaam, dankie.

Best whale watching ever!

The location was perfect for us. We were able to weather the loadshedding by exploring local malls just 10 minutes away. Enjoy an ice cream at Margate Beach, walk to Ramsgate Beach and use the complex pool. Both Andrina and Sarel the caretaker are super helpful. Saving the best for last, we were treated to the most amazing show of whales. Happy summer.

The place was very clean and fresh. Great location with spectacular views. Great place. Clean fresh and spectacular views of the ocean. Two minutes walk to the Beach. Just loved it and will definitely be going back.

Easy booking from the agent and very loving and caring owner Andrina. Warm welcome and even checking whether we arrived safe at home.

My family loved everything and regard me as the best organiser.

The place is unbelievably beautiful, and so close to ramsgate beach! Security is great and the view is even better, the kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cutlery, crockery and pots and pans, there are two toilets and towels available. There are also reserve water tanks in the complex for when there is no water. The place was very clean and the furniture brand new. Would definitely recommend. The photos do not do this place justice.

Die uitsig is mooi, maar nie geskik vir mense wat nie trappe kan klim nie. Voertuig is ver van die woonstel af geparkeer.

Hierdie woonstel het ontsettend baie trappe en die motor is ver geparkeer in die wind en weer.

Perfect getaway.

Centrally situated to all amenities. Even with all windows and doors closed, you van still hear the beach and the waves.
