17 Owerbosch is a lovely holiday home centrally located in West Beach, Cape Town and is situated close to the popular Bloubergstrand beachfront, making this an ideal choice for a memorable holiday in the Mother City.

This property can accommodate a total of 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a TV and includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second and third bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed and share the second bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath.

The air-conditioned living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools.
