Fantastic stay.

We were there for a very short time but everything has been so effortless and relaxing, the owner of the unit has been wonderful and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend Casablanca 18 to anyone looking to stay in Ballito. Really enjoyed it.

Maintenance urgently needed.

Responsive owner, when we told him the micro did not work, he quickly replaced it. Windows are unsafe for our busy little toddler and in this heat, better fans are needed.

Thank you Sue for your honest feedback. A bit taken aback by the customer service rating as I've been in constant communication and sent people to check up on all issues. Nevertheless, the window you refer to has now been fitted with a burglar bar as well. A new fan has also been bought to replace the 1 that stopped working. Kind regards.
