Apartment 19 basement parking bay may only be used for the parking of a vehicle. No trucks caravans, trailers, boats or other heavy vehicles may be parked on the common property, including any exclusive use area. One vehicle may not occupy two parking bays.
Should a visitor cause damage to the gate and/or gate motor, they will be held responsible for the cost of the repair or replacement thereof.
DISCLAIMER: The owner, body corporate or its agent shall not be liable for any injury or loss or damage of any description which any occupier of a portion or any member of his family, his employee or servant or his relative, friends, acquaintance, visitor, invitee or guest may sustain, physically or to his or their property, directly or indirectly, in or about the common property or in the individual properties by reason of any defect in the common property, its amenities or in the individual properties or for any act done or for neglect on the part of the body corporate or any of the body corporate’s employees, servants, agents, or contractors.
