House Rules
We would like to offer you a clean, safe and enjoyable accommodation. In this regard, may we request for your cooperation in the following:
• Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
• Please be aware of fires and the potential of fire hazards. No big fires in the braai area and no fires outside of the braai area.
• Please switch off lights, TV and other electrical appliances and please make sure all showers and taps are properly turned off when not in use
• Management is not liable for loss of personal property; Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and valuables.
• Please be aware that the property is not serviced. Guests are responsible to make their own beds and do their own dishes (if the cleaning lady is not booked).
• When unattended, please close windows and keep doors locked.
• No pets allowed in/on the property.
• Please put your trash in garbage containers – none to be left outside
• Please conserve water and electricity.
• The guest ensures that nothing shall be attached to floors, walls, or ceilings of the premises by nails, screws, glue gun or other means, otherwise any damage caused
shall be charged to the guest.
• All damages to the property and breakages and/or losses caused by guests will be charged for.
• Please be courteous to other residents by keeping noise to a minimum and refrain from loud music and noise.
• Please note that when any of the stated rules above is broken, we hold permission to ask you to leave immediately and if anything is damaged the guest will be responsible for the charges.
