20 Merrieplace is a beautiful self-catering house set in a tranquil area in Paradise Beach, Jeffreys Bay. With its prime location near a stunning beach, this holiday home is the ideal destination for a family or group of friends seeking a coastal retreat.

This 3-bedroom house sleeps up to 6 people and features an elevated design and is accessed by a staircase. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and uses an adjacent bathroom with a bath. The second and third rooms both contain 2 single beds and share a guest toilet and a bathroom with a shower. Guests are provided with linen as well as beach- and bath towels.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. A breakfast counter with bar stools is available as well. The living area boasts a dining table, a built-in braai area, a comfy lounge suite, and a TV. Leading from the lounge is a verandah with additional outdoor seating.

On the ground level, there is a large entertainment area with a boma as well as an outdoor shower room that is ideal for guests returning from a day at the beach. Guests are also afforded free Wi-Fi and secure parking on the premises.

The house is equipped with a solar-powered system that provides electricity for the lights, Wi-Fi, TV, and fridge in the event of power outages. A gas geyser ensures a consistent supply of hot water, while water tanks provide a continuous water supply.
