There’s a queen-size bed in the main bedroom and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower, bath, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed on request and the second bathroom has a shower-over-bath, toilet, and washbasin. Quality bath towels and linen are included.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, washer dryer, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s a Snappy Chef Gas cooker in case of power outages. There’s a dining table with chairs where guests can enjoy their meals together and this area further extends into the living area furnished with 2 comfortable couches and a Smart TV with selected DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The sliding doors allow guests to enjoy the partial sea views.

The building has lifts to all floors, 24-hour security and a backup generator for communal areas and lifts during power outages.
