Located an hour’s drive from Cape Town, 21 Flamingo House is a beautiful holiday home in Yzerfontein and is ideal for a family or a group of friends as it is within walking distance to the beach.
This double-storey home can accommodate up to 10 guests in total and comprises 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The spacious main bedroom upstairs is furnished with a queen-size bed and an open-plan en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, double vanity and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There are another 2 bedrooms that each contain a double bed and share a full family bathroom. The fifth bedroom is furnished with 2 three-quarter beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The main living area upstairs features an open-plan design with a kitchen, dining space with seating for 8 people, a lounge with a Smart TV with Netflix and DStv Now as well as a bar area with a built-in braai. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher in the separate scullery. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
There is another kitchenette and a lounge area downstairs with a TV as well as an entertainment area with a pizza oven. This kitchenette is equipped with a microwave as well as a coffee machine. The balcony on the upper level features lovely ocean views as well as an outdoor dining table, a built-in braai and a jacuzzi.
