Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
22 Key Largo can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, and unfortunately, no more than 2 adults can be accommodated.
Please note that the rules of the body corporate must be adhered to at all times and that no more than 4 guests, including owners, children and babies, are permitted to stay in the unit. If any of the rules are broken, guests may be asked to leave the premises without a refund. Guests should please take other guests and residents in the complex into consideration as well.
The unit should be rented as a whole. The rooms cannot be booked separately. The unit is managed and cleaned by the owner who lives only 10 minutes from the unit. Guests are welcomed by the owner upon check-in and greeted when checking out.
Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
The refundable key and breakage deposit is R1000 and must be payed directly to the owner beforehand via EFT. The deposit will be payed back via EFT within 3 days after checkout if everything is in order.
Late check-in and early check-out can be organized beforehand. The normal check-in time is 14:00 - 18:00, and check-out is 07:00 - 09:00.
