Located along the Dolphin Coast of Durban, 22 Tamboti Drive is situated in the charming 400-hectare Simbithi Eco Estate in Ballito and spoils with a world-class 18-hole golf course, making this an ideal location for a family holiday.
This beautiful property can accommodate up to 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The spacious main bedroom has a private patio and is furnished with a king-size bed, a work desk and a TV. A shower is available in the main en-suite bathroom. The remaining 3 bedrooms each have an extra-length queen-size bed. The other 2 bathrooms are each fitted with a bath and a shower. All linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
The open-plan living area features tall ceilings and a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table and a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a Smart TV with Netflix. Access to free uncapped Wi-Fi is available.
Outside, the guests have access to a covered wooden deck with outdoor furniture and a built-in braai which is an ideal spot for a sundowner while overlooking the estate. The property does not have a private swimming pool but the estate has communal swimming pools as well as plenty of play areas for children.
Guests have direct access to hiking trails and beautiful views over the Greenbelt and valley below. The location of this property is close to Thompson's Bay beach gate and it is about a 5-minute walk to the beach.
