The first 3 bedrooms are furnished with an extra length king-size bed while the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. The fifth bedroom has a bunk bed and the sixth studio bedroom has a queen-size bed. All 6 bathrooms are fitted with a toilet, shower, and basin. The unit also has a guest toilet. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a fridge, microwave, stove, and oven, as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities. The lounge area features a TV with Netflix. This villa also has its own patio with an indoor fireplace and braai facilities. A water filter has been fitted to the primary kitchen and studio kitchen taps so you will always have safe clean drinking water available. In addition to this, only eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning materials and solutions are used in the house. Stunning ocean and mountain views can be enjoyed from every level, from sunset to sundown. The villa offers generous space, with 4 living areas to ensure everyone can get some quiet time. It boasts great entertainment features, such as the cleverly designed, wind-secluded swimming pool, a terrace for outdoor dining, braai facilities and a rooftop Jacuzzi with its own separate deck. The unit has a secure integrated garage with room for 2 cars and the house is serviced by a lift from the ground to the 3rd floor. 24 Geneva Drive has a full-time House Manager who, together with your host, will ensure your check-in goes smoothly and will be available should you need any assistance during your stay. The villa also has 2 housekeepers who provide daily cleaning and tidying to a high standard. This service is available from Monday to Friday from 9h30 am to 4 pm. They are also available on the weekend or public holidays at an additional fee. An in-house Chef Service, massages at the villa, tours and transport can also be arranged.
