House Rules
Check-in time (arrival time) weekdays: Strictly between 14:00 and 18:30.
Check-in time (arrival time) Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays: Strictly between 16:30 and 18:30.
Unfortunately guests are not allowed to check in after 19:30 since this disturbs our other guests.
Al rates are only for the room and includes 15% VAT.
Breakfast, if requested is charged separately.
Cancellation Policy - Custom
In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.
Cancellation 0 - 14 days before date of arrival or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid.
Cancellation 15 - 28 days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid.
