3 At Sea is a self-catering holiday home located in a secure complex in Ramsgate North, KwaZulu-Natal. This double-storey home is a great getaway for friends and family who want to be located close to local amenities.

This home can accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 child in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The home also has an additional guest bathroom that is fitted with a washbasin and toilet. All linen is provided but guests are required to bring their own bath and beach towels.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating, a TV and a dining table. An OpenView decoder is available, however, guests are required to bring their own DStv decoder, smart card and cables should they wish to watch DStv. Sliding doors in the kitchen and the living room open onto an enclosed courtyard that is furnished with a braai and outdoor furniture.

Guests have access to a garage and one open parking inside the complex. This unit is within close proximity to various local amenities such as shops, restaurants and Lawrence Rocks Beach.
