Description
3 La Mouette is a fully furnished and equipped self-catering apartment located in the secure La Mouette complex in Uvongo, in a safe and peaceful environment a 350 m walk from Manaba Beach.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen bed and a shower en suite. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, and the third bedroom contains a bunk bed. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, washing machine, dryer, utensils and cutlery and crockery. The lounge contains comfortable couches, and a TV with DStv connections available if you bring your own decoder. The living area opens to a partly enclosed patio, with a serving hatch to the kitchen, that contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs, and a built-in bar area, and a gas braai. The patio has staggered glass doors to allow usage during any weather conditions, and a sea view.
Parking is available right at the front entrance of the unit. The apartment is serviced on before arrival and after departure. Additional servicing can be arranged on request.
The La Mouette complex offers a communal swimming pool and braai area.
