3 Martinique is a beautiful self-catering holiday apartment located in a secure complex in Shakas Rock and is an ideal option for a family holiday on the Dolphin Coast as it is situated within close proximity to the popular Thompson’s Bay and boasts stunning ocea views.
This ground-floor apartment has a capacity of 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom contains a double bed. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. All linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a Nespresso machine. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher and a washing machine are available. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Adjacent to the lounge, is a dining table with ample seating for guests can enjoy their meals together.
Through the sliding doors, there is a sunny patio with an outdoor dining table which is an ideal spot for a sundowner while admiring the distant ocean views. Guests have full access to the complex’s communal swimming pool and braai facilities
