Amazing!

Our stay was amazing. The host was extremely helpful and available to assist. The apartment was clean and very secure. Very friendly staff at reception. The place is also so convenient within walking distance from the shops and Waterfront for sightseeing. Had Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube already with fast WiFi as well, which is rare to find.

Great stay, great location.

It was great, thank you. Unfortunately, they could not help me with our towel that was left behind, which was rather sad and unfortunate as it was part of a set and a good quality towel. Therefore, on the more costly side.

Gerieflike verblyf.

Ons het heerlik gebly. Die personeel by die verblyf was baie behulpsaam en vriendelik. Dit was egter teleurstellend dat die plekkie nie soos op die foto's lyk nie. Baie elemente was stukkend, soos die lig bo die eetkamertafel wat nie gewerk het nie. Die een aircon skakelaar was heel los van die muur af. Klein goedjies soos vlekke in die bad en wasbak was ook 'n probleem. Daar was ook nie genoeg bedtafeltjies nie. Een het ons gevind in die sitkamer. Die mikrogolf was duidelik nie bedoel vir sy spasie nie en het gebalanseer op ysterplate. Daar was ook nie genoeg eetgerei vir 4 mense nie - net een glas, 3 eetlepels, en 3 messe. Dit het eet en drink bietjie ingewikkeld gemaak. Ook geen afdroogdoek of sponsie/lappie nie, maar wel 'n klein botteltjie skottelgoedseep. Die skottelgoedwasser is in 'n kas, maar ons kon nêrens 'n plek vind om dit aan te skakel nie. Daar is 'n oulike klein hand stofsuier, maar mens moet onder die wasbak induik om dit in te plug en dan is daar nie 'n oop prop daarvoor nie. Die telefoon is buite werking, so ons moes elke keer af na onder gaan om navrae te doen. Die kontakpersoon was moeilik om in die hande te kry, en wanneer ons wel met haar kontak gemaak het, was haar aandag elders en nie by die oproep nie. Sy het wel spoedig eenhede gestuur om die elektrisiteit te herlaai. Die asdrom was piepklein en definitief nie genoeg vir 3 dae se verblyf nie. We had a wonderful stay. The staff at the accommodation were very helpful and friendly. However, it was disappointing that the place did not look like the photos. Many elements were broken, such as the light above the dining room table that did not work. The one aircon switch was completely detached from the wall. Small things like stains in the bathtub and sink were also a problem. There were also not enough bedside tables. One found us in the living room. The microwave was clearly not intended for its space and balanced on iron plates. There was also not enough cutlery for 4 people - only one glass, 3 tablespoons, and 3 knives. This made eating and drinking a bit complicated. Also no drying cloth or sponge/cloth, but a small bottle of dish soap. The dishwasher is in a closet, but we couldn't find anywhere to turn it on. There is a cute little hand vacuum cleaner, but you have to duck under the sink to plug it in and then there is no open plug for it. The phone was out of order, so we had to go downstairs each time to make inquiries. The contact person was difficult to get hold of, and when we did make contact with her, her attention was elsewhere and not on the call. She did quickly send units to recharge the electricity. The ash bin was tiny and definitely not enough for a 3 day stay. There are also no cleaning services that remove garbage. As I understand you only get someone if you stay longer than 7 days. A bigger ash bin in the kitchen would therefore help a lot. Apart from the few small things, it was tidy and we had a comfortable stay.

Lovely experience.

The place was pleasant, clean and in proximity to the waterfront, which was great. WiFi issues were responded to quickly - WiFi login details had changed; old details had been shared initially. Some minor maintenance items could be considered, such as a noisy main bathroom fan or the light switch to the dining table light or the second bedroom toilet seat. However, overall, the apartment is lovely and gives you a feeling of security. The hotel staff was also friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Great stay coming from a small town & enjoying the hustle & bustle of CT.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Check-in was unfortunately rather slow - we waited about 10 minutes for the receptionist to arrive. On returning that evening, our tag unfortunately did not work, but after standing at the parking door for 5 minutes, the friendly security lady eventually saw us on the CCTV and came to open it. She replaced/fixed the tag, and all was good. Returning to the room, the electricity box was beeping as the units were low, and this happened again during the early hours of the morning. We reported this when checking out. The next time we stay somewhere with a pre-paid meter, we will follow your advice to check the meters and send a pic if units are too low. This was not something that one would think of when staying over, but good advice for convenience. It was very clean and spacious, and we really did enjoy our stay and would like to stay there again when visiting Cape Town on a whim! (A small milk and coffee would be fantastic though).

Would not book this unit again.

Unit 303 was spacious and clean when we arrived. However, the lounge area smelled like as overused ashtray. I wish we were told that it was a smoking unit or that the previous guests were chain smokers. There was a most unpleasant smell entering the room. Half way through our 2-night stay, getting back at 11 pm after a wonderful dinner, we could not get access to the underground parking or our room. Security advised that we were only booked for one night on their hotel system and wanted us to pay (again) for the second night.

Good but could have been better.

Had a beautiful stay. The only issue my wife had was that the air conditioner in the rooms was not working. When we checked in, we only received one sachet of sugar and no milk.
