314Dreamsandgreens is a beautiful self-catering holiday villa situated within the Vaal de Grace Golf Estate in the heart of Parys. This villa is a great option for a large family or a group of friends as the property spoils with an inviting on-site swimming pool which is great for the summer.

This double-storey villa can comfortably accommodate a total of 8 guests and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms and a guest toilet. The air-conditioned main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds and a full en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom also has 2 single beds and an en-suite shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The spacious open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, wine cooler, cutlery and crockery as well as a central breakfast island with stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. The cosy lounge has comfy seating, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

Through the sliding doors is a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai which is a great spot for guests to enjoy a sundowner in the evening while the fire is burning. This patio leads onto a spacious garden with a sparkling swimming pool for guests to cool off on those hot summer days.

Guests have easy access to the golf course and clubhouse, where they can enjoy a round of golf, dining, and other amenities.
