36 Isikhulu offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished apartment with a patio with gas braai, overlooking the ocean. This 2-bedroom apartment is situated in a complex in Umdloti, just across the road from the beach.
The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and lounge. Both bedrooms have a queen-size bed in each, and share a bathroom with a shower. The open-plan kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a dishwasher. The lounge has a TV with some DStv channels.
There is air-conditioning in the apartment which is ideal for those hot summer days. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The complex offers a communal swimming pool for guests to enjoy. There is a single undercover parking bay and a second open parking bay secured behind an automated gate, as well as a security guard for the complex.
The unit is situated on the third floor. Entry is via 10 stairs from the rear parking area. There is no elevator in the complex.
This is a Non Smoking unit and should this be violated an additional deep cleaning fee will be added.
