Description
37 on Salmon is a lovely contemporary-styled holiday home located in Pennington on the South Coast of KwaZulu Natal. It is an ideal home for a memorable holiday with friends and family as it is not only situated within walking distance from the beach but also spoils with a private swimming pool on the property.
This double-storey property can accommodate a total of 10 guests at a time and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms that each have a queen-size bed, another with a double bed and the fourth bedroom contains 2 bunk beds. All bathrooms are fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The lower level features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher and washing machine are available. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for guests to enjoy their meals together.
The upper level of the home is air-conditioned and has a lounging area with comfy seating, another dining table and a flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. Additionally, this area includes a bar with stools and an ice machine.
Through the sliding glass doors, there is a balcony with outdoor furniture and a gas braai which is an ideal spot for a sundowner in the evening. The ground level opens onto a covered patio which leads down to an enclosed yard and sparkling swimming pool for guests to cool off on those hot summer days.
The house is secured by an alarm system, electric fence, and electric beams.
