Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Services offered include booking holiday activities, packing a picnic, booking at one of the local restaurants, or doing guests' holiday grocery shopping.
Service providers will do their utmost to sanitize the accommodation. Guests with ill health are not allowed to check-in. Guests must bring their own masks and sanitizers, and keep their distance. Guests are asked to ventilate the accommodation as much as possible.
Day visitors are not allowed.
No smoking is allowed inside the building.
Arrival time is after 14:00. Arrivals after 18:00 will incur a late arrival fee.
Departure is before 10:00 and before 09:00 in peak season. Late departures will be penalized financially.
If any breakages occur, guests must inform the establishment. Guests must check to make sure that the inventory is correct and declare any discrepancies when they arrive and recheck before check-out.
Some of the closets may be locked and contain the owner’s items. Please respect these closets and do not attempt to open them as it will amount to theft or attempted theft.
Occupancy at any time, for any reason is limited to the number of persons agreed as per your reservation.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
Guests must not move furniture around on the premises or take the furniture outside.
Fires are only allowed in the designated areas.
Please note no noise is allowed after 22:00 out of respect for the neighbours as the establishment is situated in a residential area.
Children are allowed. Kindly ensure that they do not pull out plants and flowers or jump on the beds.
Cleaning services are available on request at an additional fee. Poor housekeeping and unhygienic living conditions are not acceptable.
