Hey there! We're so excited to welcome you! To keep things smooth and stress-free for everyone, we do have a few gentle reminders:
đ Before You Arrive: Guest Verification & Deposit/Waiver with Truvi
Youâll be asked to complete a quick guest verification through our trusted third-party partner, Truvi. This step helps us stay compliant with short-term rental regulations and, most importantly, adds an extra layer of protection for both you and the home youâre staying in.
As part of the process, thereâs a compulsory deposit or waiver fee payable directly to Truvi. If for any reason youâre not comfortable with this, youâre welcome to cancel your booking within 12 hours of receiving the Truvi email.
Truvi will contact you via email and/or textâplease keep an eye out and complete the process before arrival so that check-in can be quick and hassle-free.

As much as we love furry friends, our property isnât pet-friendly at this time. Thanks for understanding!
đ Smoking
This is a smoke-free spaceâyou are welcome to smoke on the balcony. If smoke is detected indoors, a R500 cleaning fee may apply.
đ Parties & Noise
We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings. No parties are allowed, and if we do receive more than one noise complaint, we may need to ask you to leave without a refund.
â Substances
We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances. If thereâs any suspicion, security will be involved, and unfortunately, weâll have to end your stay early with no refund.
đ Surprise Pets & Extra Guests
Unauthorized pets will result in a R500 fee and may lead to an early check-out.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. If youâd like to have someone join you, please let us knowâunregistered guests will be charged R1000 per night.
đď¸ Food, Furniture & Keys
To keep things comfy and clean for everyone:
-Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
-Try not to move any furniture around.
-Lost keys will incur a R500 replacement fee.
