Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

The breakage deposit will be refunded after inspection, provided that there are no damages or breakages to the property. Guests will also receive a separate booking contract, which needs to be reviewed and completed before sending it back to the agent.
Please note that no arrivals are allowed on Christmas Day, Day of Goodwill, or 1st January. Cleaning services are not available during the occupation, and no student bookings or parties or events are allowed. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in the apartment, and no pets of any kind are allowed. All properties have a DStv connection; however, clients need to bring their own decoders, smart cards, and cables. Please note that PVR decoders are not compatible.
