402 Les Mouettes offers secure fourth-floor self-catering accommodation in the coastal town of Ballito.

The apartment accommodates 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. The main en-suite bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed with the bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath. The second bedroom contains twin beds with the second bathroom fitted with a shower. Each room has ceiling fans installed.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove and hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The kitchen flows into the living space containing a comfortable couch and 2 single-seater chairs in front of a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels. The lounge area leads out onto a furnished balcony with spectacular views of the ocean.

Guests have access to their own separate entrance and secure parking. Guests also enjoy access to the communal swimming pool and braai area.
