The studio can accommodate up to 2 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedroom contains a double bed and built-in cupboards. The bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a wash basin.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, and a washing machine. The living area contains a standing fan, and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels.

The living area opens through glass sliding doors to a patio and private garden area with outdoor dining furniture and kettle braai facilities. A parking bay is provided, outside the entrance to the apartment.

The @lantic Terraces complex offers secure automated gate access, a lovely communal swimming pool, and coin-operated laundry facilities.

Water restrictions are still in place in Cape Town, please note:
A water meter reading will be taken upon arrival. At the moment the water restriction is 70 litres per person per day. Upon departure we will take another water meter reading. The R5000 breakage deposit is retained and will be refunded to guest once we have calculated the water consumption during the guests' stay and see that it is normal. Should there be a surplus payment for extra water consumption, it will be deducted from the breakage deposit and the balance will be paid out to the guest.
