46 Flamingo Avenue is a spacious holiday home offering comfortable self-catering accommodation for the whole family in a secure area of Sedgefield. It has a sparkling swimming pool and is within walking distance from the lagoon and the beach.
This property can accommodate up to 6 adults and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms as well as a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed as well as a cot for a baby. A walk-in shower, double vanity and toilet are available in the main en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower. Another queen-size bed is available in the third bedroom and this room’s en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a central breakfast island with stools. A wine cooler is also available in the kitchen. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfy seating and a TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
Through the double doors, there is an enclosed patio with a 6-seater dining table, a bar fridge, a dart board as well as a built-in braai. This patio has stacking doors which open up onto a wooden deck and a lovely vegetable garden. There are sun loungers next to the pool where guests can catch some sun.
