Not satisfied - Will not book this again.

Unfortunately, one of our prerequisites was secure parking, which is an absolute necessity in Cape Town CBD. Although it was stated in the description and email, no such parking was included. The check-in was rushed and haphazard, and the agent was quite abrupt. Communication with the agency was impossible.
