Very poor service. The staff were uncooperative.

The housekeeper cleaned the room before I had taken a bath. This meant the bath was dirty the whole day because it was cleaned the following day. The supervisor refused to come and clean the bath after I'd bathed. The result of this is that the bath had to be cleaned twice on the following day. However, the supervisor initially refused to come back the second time. I had to put pressure and eventually, they came. It was very frustrating.

The unit is beautiful and the surrounding facilities, eg. pools are breathtaking.

Would've loved to have access to Wi-Fi.
