We apologise if you were not able to access DStv channels. Unfortunately, if there is a problem with the channels, it will be an issue in every room. It was not possible to call out our supplier on a Saturday night, however, we really do our utmost to sort everything out if it is not working. The room that you have booked is as advertised fitted with a double bed. Perhaps you would have been more comfortable by booking a unit with a queen-size bed.
