Check in detail was very thorough and of great help. Host was very accommodating. Easy access to the beach was a huge bonus. Unfortunately, covered parking is nice for large SUV vehicles, but the neighbors did not use their parking and allowed us to use a little of their space. We stayed overnight on a Friday night and unfortunately experienced a very noisy night. The beach access parking lot is in front of the building. Loud music, loud laughter and chatter were annoying until the very early hours of the morning which unfortunately led to a disturbed night's sleep. We had to leave for a sports event early in the morning and the last partygoers were still in the parking lot at 7am.
