Due to high electricity costs and in order to keep our tariffs low, we refrain from fitting air conditioners as we would have to charge a much higher rate. We offer OpenView decoder with various channels, including radio channels; our main house does not have DSTV. Water is supplied for tea, coffee, and evening refreshments, but guests are required to purchase their own drinking water.
