68 Arum Avenue is a lovely family holiday home ideally situated only a block away from Long Beach in Kommetjie. It is an ideal home for a family holiday or a group of surfers as Long Beach is well-known for surfing.

This property can accommodate a total of 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower. A bunk bed is available in the third bedroom. All linen and towels are provided.

The bright and airy living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher. A washing machine is also available in the scullery. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for guests the enjoy their meals together. The lounge has a cosy atmosphere with comfy seating and a fireplace. For those wanting to get some work done, private office space and free Wi-Fi are available.

Additionally, there is an indoor braai area with another dining table which is an ideal spot for guests to enjoy some quality time together while having a braai.
