The Garden Cottage is a charming bed-sitting room with a double bed and en-suite fitted with a bath and a shower. There is a small, but well-equipped kitchen and the unit has a beamed patio area, with a kettle braai and a garden table and chairs, next to a small lawned area. This unit has air-conditioning and a TV with selected DStv channels. This garden flat is situated at the back of the main house at 7 Cross Street and is accessed from the street via a separate side entrance, through a narrow passage along the side of the house, past its patio and garden areas. Please note that parking for the Garden cottage has a height restriction of 1.7m and is suitable for medium-sized cars only.

Description
The House can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms, a kitchen and a living area. The main bedroom contains an antique four-poster double bed, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds; both with an en-suite bathroom, one with a bath and a shower, and the other with a shower. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with an original hearth and chimney feature. A combined dining area and sitting room adjoin the kitchen. This leads to a paved patio area, with a table and chairs, and a small lawned garden, which is shared with the neighbouring garden cottage. The house has some excellent classic antique furniture items and prints. It should be noted that access to the adjoining garden cottage referred to above is via a separate side entrance and narrow passage along the side of the house, past the patio and garden areas of the main house. To a limited extent, this can affect the privacy of the outside areas of the main house.
