Gerieflik, netjies en baie goeie diens.

Dit was baie gerieflik, alles het gewerk, WiFi is sterk en goed, en die ligging is fantasties. Hele paar goeie restaurante, Woolies food en die Groenpuntstadion binne 500 meter.

Perfekte ligging. Vriendelike diens en heerlik gekuier. Dankie.

Kamer is skoon netjies. Goeie ligging. Heerlik gebly.

Disappointed with the room not being cleaned after the previous guest.

It was quite disappointing when we got to the room, only to find that it was not yet cleaned. This disturbed our plans as we had to accommodate time for the cleaner to come in and sort out before we could get ourselves ready to do anything comfortably in the room. When we queried at the main desk, we were told this is a frequent issue with this management company and there is not much they can do on their end to prevent this. I hope this is corrected so that no other guest has to experience this.

Safe, secure and modern.

This apartment is perfect. The check-in process was simple. The on-site security was very helpful. It exceeded all my expectations. The apartment is modern and has nice views of the mountains. It's well maintained and secure. Will definitely book again. Lots of places to eat and visit within walking distance.

Terrible check-in and unfriendly.

The communication and checking-in at reception was poor, to say the least. This unit is managed by Hosted Property Management and they did not confirm the booking with Cape Royale when we arrived. Security would not allow us to even enter the parking while we tried to resolve this. They would not assist as they didn't have any booking and said they would have to clean the room now if they got the email from the hosted property. What a shocker. I contacted the hosted property and the agents who just said I must go back after 3 pm even though my booking said check-in from 2 pm which I needed as we needed the room as we had a function to attend. Went back at 3:15 pm and the unfriendly security said the same thing that the hosted property had not sent them the booking. This time he at least contacted the hosted property and they managed to email each other. What a waste of my time and having to endure this type of poor and unfriendly environment. We eventually got the keys to the unit. Note this is not a hotel but a residence and you dealing with security staff when checking in. The unit was as per the pictures, but the televisions don't work properly. The one in the lounge is for the show, it's not connected to anything and is not a smart TV so it can't be used. The TV in the bedroom is a smart TV but needs internet to work. The internet in the unit is terrible and works intermittently for a few minutes at a time. So if you want to use the TV bring your own internet and for a so-called 5-star facility is pathetic. When we got back to the apartment, our tags would not work and a new security guard did not want to interrogate us as to how we got in the building as he did not check us in as there is someone checking into the unit. What hard trying to explain our ordeal checking earlier and that he needed to activate the tags again as we were the people checking into that unit. So again we had to wait in reception while another security guard did not make us feel welcome. All in all a terrible experience and would not recommend this place to anyone just because of their reception and hosted property. The parking bay is for small cars like the i10 or Picanto.
